Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Machine Helper moves work-in-process and finished goods
Packages finished goods as required
Labels loads
Assists the Machine Operator as required during the run.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Ability to learn the basic skills of the job.
Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Must be able to work some overtime and on occasions Saturday and/or Sunday.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must show up for work as scheduled.
Must be able to pass a drug test.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules.
Ability to read operating and maintenance instructions.
Must have basic math skills
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Also have the ability to deal with minor problems as they occur.
Must be able to safely work around moving parts on equipment.
