The Customer Service Representative is the primary point of contact between customers, sales representatives, production departments, the Postal Service and management to ensure the satisfactory production and delivery of all printed materials. Customer Service Representatives spend the majority of their time on the telephone helping customers with their job details. There is very little face to face interaction with customers. Having great communication skills and being able to focus on what the customers needs are is a number one priority.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Customer Service Representative works with the customer to accumulate the specifications needed to be able to print, bind, finish and distribute the customer’s printed product.
- Communicating detailed specifications to the production departments.
- Coordination of Freight and shipping for completed products.
- Work with Accounting personnel to insure that accounts are in good standing and that all financial needs are communicated to the customer.
- Initial preparation of the final invoice to the customer.
- Keep the Sales team informed of any details or issues involving their accounts.
- Other duties as assigned.
- BA/BS Degree or 3 years related experience.
- Graphics experience helpful.
- Word processing or spreadsheet experience helpful.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Good problem analysis and resolution ability.
- Goal and deadline oriented with sharp attention to detail.
- Able to work independently with little instruction.
- Able to handle multiple priorities.
- Able to read, analyze and interpret various type of correspondence, and to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers.
- Able to effectively present information to customers and management.
- Possess ability to work with mathematical concepts such as percentages, ratios and proportions.
- Possess ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
